Ramen Map
Good Evening.
My #1 ramen of choice is Tonkotsu. But after that it’s going to be Miso. And then probably a Shoyu. I just return to those over and over, though I’ve promised to order. the Curry but keep stalling.
This Ramen Map in Japan is very inspiring. It’s the kind of thing that makes me want to make a list and seek out authentic places in my travels to try them all. Or go to Japan, but even then I’m,probably not going to hit all these regions.
Which of these ramen styles have you tried? Know any places nearby?

I have lived a total of nearly 3 years of my life in Japan, and I love, love, LOVE ramen!! I like all of the broths -- probably tonkotsu first, then shoyu, then miso, then shio. I love adding chashu pork, tamago, menma, and corn most. Oh, and butter!
